Two spots out of three are opening up end of July in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story townhouse in Menlo Park (Sharon Heights). I’m looking for people who could sign on for the full year lease Aug 1st, 2017-July 31st, 2018.

Two room openings:

1. Second larger bedroom ($1350/mo), which has a large closet containing a set of drawers and customizable shelves. Shared full bathroom with me (I'm female if that changes anything).
2. Master Bedroom ($1600/mo), which has it’s own private bathroom attached and a private balcony.
   When you fill out the google form at the end, you'll indicate which room you're interested in OR if you're a pair of people looking to just move into both rooms. (Please note the landlord only allows 1 person/room, no couples)

Perks of the condo:

1. 1/2 mile from Stanford (past tenants who studied/worked on campus didn’t need a car)
2. Has a CVS, Starbucks, and 24/7 Safeway within a 5 minute walk!

4. First floor is all shared common space, large living room, half bathroom, plenty of storage closets

6. 3 parking spots (2 in our attached garage)

About me (current resident who you would be joining):
I’m a female recent Stanford grad working at a software startup in the area. I’m mostly out of the house for a large part of the day (work, then gym, then home for eating & sleeping!) I live a pretty chill lifestyle but am always down for adventuring. Looking for two more housemates (coming in as a pair or separately) who could be great additions to the house!
