2 bedrooms available for the spring quarter in a 4-people house in East Palo Alto. 2 of us are graduating so we are looking for 2 nice and cool new roomies to join us, one current grad student at Stanford and one early alum! :-)

The two bedrooms are facing sun-rise, well lit and very agreeable (see pictures). They share the same bathroom. One room is smaller than the other hence the difference of price $1125 vs $1175 (electricity-gas-water-internet charges are not included, they amount to roughly $100/person/month).

• Really nice, big and sunny kitchen+living room with great sofa ;).
• Big garage to store bikes and car if needed.
• 15 to 25-min bike ride to Stanford depending on your speed (we do it every day, very nice bike ride through Uni Avenue
• 10 min walk to the bay shore park (really nice for runs/strolls!)
• 2 min away from both Ikea and Target (we live next to a shopping mall)

Depending on whether you have already your own furniture or not, we can figure out a way to transfer our furnitures to you (big beds and drawers and desks).
