ROOMS: One room is $1300/month with move-in available July 10th and the other is $1350/ month and comes fully furnished with bed, desk, Ikea shelves with move-in available July 5th. Both rooms share a very large double vanity bathroom with separate shower/toilet with a 3rd roommate. Sublet ends October 24, 2015 for both rooms with possible option to extend another year.

Professional gardening and pool care included in price. Utilities + maid service not included (typically about $75-150/month). House next door to famous nature preserve with hiking trails and 5 minutes from highways 280 and 85. Close to Trader Joe's, Subway, and Rite-Aid. 15 minute drive to downtown Mountain View, 20 minute drive to Stanford University and 15 minute drive to San Jose.

HOUSEMATES: 6 incredible roommates (2 guys, 4 girls) Age ranges are 21 to 29. Roommates include a med school dropout and current entrepreneur, Google employee who is a Stanford grad, a Stanford PhD / semi professional cook from Belgium, a freshly-minted manager at Uber from France, and a clinical Lab scientist working for a start up biotech firm
