Greetings! We're a couple, (with a couple of medium sized dogs and a dwarf bunny), looking for a housemate for an eichler-esque home. We have two rooms for rent, One room for rent is $975/month and a larger room is available for $1050, both can be furnished along with a room heater if necessary. Rent does not include utilities (trash, water, sewer, electric, gas, internet, basic cable) which would average about $75 per month/person - a little higher in the Winter and a little less in the Summer.

The house is clean, has a good layout, natural light, and a central location (Alma and E. Meadow). It's close to Stanford (20 minute bike ride), Mitchell Park/Library, Outlet Grocery, Shopping, Restaurants/Cafes, Highways, and CalTrain (15 Minute Bike ride). There is street parking, and no permit is necessary.

We're both transplants to the area, I'm from the Midwest, and my girlfriend is from the South. She's in school heading towards nursing, and working as CNA, and I'm doing IT development/support. We're friendly, quiet, clean, responsible, non-smokers, hardly-ever-drinkers, and enjoy a pretty healthy lifestyle. Both of us work quite a bit, and when we have some free time on the weekends, we like to spend time exploring the area, launching balls for dogs to retrieve, catch a movie, and/or listening/playing some music.

We're looking for a housemate who is clean/tidy, quiet, responsible, pet friendly, non-smoking, hardly-ever-drinker, easy going, picks up/cleans up after themselves, brick and mortar employed and/or in school. Single/Double occupancy option possible depending on the situation. Sorry no more pets allowed, we're maxed out.
