TL;DR Rooms available between Palo Alto & MTV in 6 person house for $1175 and $1475

The House:
The house is awesome. Lot's of light, nice big common space, very clean. It features an incredibly large common area that we have flooded with comfy couches - perfect for Monday game nights (lots of One Night Ultimate Werewolf), and plenty of space to watch TV, or read a book in the back. There is a huge kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, stove, and extensive counter space, and then another large common space, where we keep our long table for hosting dinners. Did I mention the backyard? No? Well it's sweet. A great patio in the back, with plenty of space to chill out, and a grassy area around the side for weekend picnics, yoga, or just napping in the hammock - and another patio that houses the grill (yes, of course we have a grill). The house is located in a quiet little cul-de-sac that's a quick bike ride (less than 20 min) from both the heart of downtown MTV, downtown Palo Alto and Stanford.

The Housemates:
It's a 6 person house, and the other 4 people in the house are a bunch of friends looking for 2 more to join our home. We're all gainfully employed, and totally chill. We believe in keeping the house clean, respecting each other, and making snarky remarks. If these sound like things you would enjoy, then hit us up, and let's chat.

Small Room:
The room is a cozy, ~110sq ft room with a window to the backyard. The room is very close to a bathroom you would share with 1 other person. The closet has plenty of space to hang anything you could own, and there are nice cubby shelves built into the closet that serve in place of a dresser. The room is $1175 a month.

The Room:
This room is ~200sq ft, which the biggest room in the house. It also has direct access to the patio with the grill, in case you wanted to go from sleeping to grilling in a matter of seconds. That access provides a lot of nice natural lighting. This room has direct access to the 3 person bathroom on your side of the house. The room is $1475 a month.

The Logistics:
Interested? Great! Let's find a good time that works to have you see the house and meet at least some of the people that you could be living with. The lease starts August 1st so the sooner the better. Of course, we can talk about timing issues in person if there are any.
