Cats yes. No dogs.

Guests okay but no more than 1 week.

First + last month + $500 deposit to move in.
Couples okay, but will charge $300/mo. more.
Cats okay, but will charge $100/mo. more.
Only 1 parking spot. Plenty of street parking available.
Utilities included. (internet, water, heat, gas, electricity, netflix)
Storage space included.
10 min bike to cal train(SCC).
2 Major shopping centers nearby.

About me:
28yr old with an accent (european!), tech consultant. I work and travel a lot. The 2 roommates that are leaving, one is a guy/28/tech and the other is a girl/25/architecture.

About you:
Demonstrate a steady income and be a decent human being and you're in. If you have your own credit report thats a plus.

Rooms available NOW. Its a cool place, pretty sunny, not a lot of rules.
