• Rent is ~$1590 per month, and utilities are ~$100-150 per month depending on the season and AC/heat use
• Rooms will be unfurnished
• Rooms share a bathroom
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
• Central air conditioning and heat
• Unit comes with two parking spots. There is extra parking open to anyone in the complex too, and spots are typically always available
• Friendly and unproblematic cats okay, no dogs (I'm allergic)
• No remote workers; hybrid and on-site workers only
• No smoking, no hosting parties, no drug use
