Hey there!

I'm subletting my room for two weeks starting on Monday, while I'm gone on business. Let me know if you're interested! PICTURES coming soon (i'll repost asap) and details below:

Address: 404 Grayson Court, Menlo Park, CA (literally, and I mean literally right off Willow Rd and US-101. < 30 seconds from driveway to highway)

Length of stay: 8/24 - 9/4 (not including the night of 9/4)

Cost: $500, to be paid in cash or check at the start of the sublet!

Tour times: (8/21) Friday evening after 6 PM, (8/22) Saturday all-day, (8/23) Sunday all-day

Other business:

1. All furniture will be available for use, and bedding will be washed for you prior to arrival.
2. Our house has 6 total members, all with their own rooms. At least two housemates and 3 other subletters will be around during your occupancy. You'll be sharing a bathroom/shower with 1-2 other housemates.
3. Full kitchen privileges
4. Washer/dryer available
5. Open spot for your car in our driveway
6. No overnight guests/pets please (sorry :/)
7. Utilities/cable/Netflix/high-speed wifi available and free to you
8. You can borrow my road bike/light/helmet while you're here, as long as you take good care of it :)
9. We're also within 200 yards of a small supermarket, barber shop, pizza place, Southern soul food joint, Subway, and Froyo!
