Selling a Walker Edison Loft Bed with built-in futon underneath.

Standard twin on top. Futon on bottom pulls out to a standard full-size bed. Each bunk supports 300lbs.

Bed can be sold with/without one or both of the mattresses and even the mattress protectors (if desired).

All items were bought NEW on Amazon in early 2016, have been used very little and are in very good good condition. Please see photos for better idea.

1. Bought bed for $270, selling for $200 (Current Amazon price went up to $400 - see links)
2. Futon mattress was $135, selling it for $80 (Current amazon price $98)

4. Full size mattress protector was $47.95, selling it for $20

I bought this bed to save space in my small/shared SF apartment. I'm moving out and need to get rid of it.

It was purchased NEW at the beginning on 2016 and only used 3-4/nights a week (I'm a consultant and travel during the week so really only used it on weekends). I took very good care of it. It was very comfortable and a good purchase.

Descriptions:

1. Top Bunk: Standard Twin size.

2. Bottom: Couch style futon which pulls out into a Standard Full size bed. Great space saver.

3. Each bunk supports 300 lbs. As a reference, I'm 135lbs and I slept on the top and bottom bunk with no issues. My ~180
   lb friend and I have both sat on the futon with no issues. Always feels extremely sturdy, no shaking or squeaking.

4. Have complete assembly guide + all spare parts (see photo)

5. Dimensions 80" W x 42"D x 68" H
   As a reference, my ceiling is 8ft high, I'm 5'2'' and I can sit straight up on the top bunk with about 5 inches between me
   and the ceiling.

6. Weight of the bed is about 113lbs, assembled. However, it will have to be disassembled so I can get it out my front door.
   However, I can send you a video of its stability right before disassembly, and you can cross reference the parts I give you
   with the assembly guide before you purchase. I will clearly label them all. Assembly takes between 1-2 hrs and is not
   difficult.

I am also very clean, so I immediately put both mattresses in "SafeRest" brand mattresses cases (which protects against bed bugs, bacteria, dust mites, and fluids). The futon also has a red cover just for aesthetic purposes, which was cleaned regularly. Both mattresses are really comfortable imao. You can test them before you purchase if you want.
