- We have an unfurnished bedroom available in a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house. You get your own bathroom, yay!

- 2 housemates living here currently

About the area:
- About 10 min walk to Hillsdale Caltrain station and Hillsdale mall
- Great for commuting to work in San Francisco, Palo Alto/Mountain View, and anywhere in between
- A few blocks from Whole Foods, Peets, Chipotle, and Crunch gym, and a short drive to Safeway, Costco, Trader Joes, Ranch 99, and Target, PJCC (with gym and pool).
- No garden or back yard but huge public park across the street with BBQ grills
- Part of the Bay Meadows plan so you can read about life at the Bay Meadows here. http://baymeadows.com/ You get access to activities the community organizes for residents like gardening lessons, wine tasting, making pie crusts, outdoor zumba and yoga, bike together Saturday mornings, etc.
- Up and coming neighborhood when new developments are finished. Plans include outdoor beer garden, town square etc. Survey Monkey just signed up to lease one of the new commercial buildings, moving from Palo Alto.
About your housemates:
- 2 young professionals (1 guy and 1 lady) living in the house. We are quiet, nice, friendly, considerate, clean and respectful. 1 keeps regular work hours and works from home usually or in SF office, the other has typical engineering hours and works at a startup in San Mateo. We have a lot of old-school scientific knacks lying around like a microscope, geiger counter and cathode ray tubes. We usually keep the fridge and cupboard full of snacks.
About you:
We're looking for someone who is relaxed and easy going, keeps regular work hours, is considerate of others' space and keeps his/her room clean and the common areas clean. We'd like a longer term housemate we can get to know and bond with.
Non-smoker, no drugs, good credit history.
