I am moving out of the country so I'm selling my silver 2001 Volvo V70 2.4T. It's a really great car and I'm a little sad I have to give it away. It looks (almost) like new from both the outside and the inside and drives very well. I've done longer road trips to Mount Saint Helens in Washington and also to L.A. and haven't had any problems! It's a wagon and thus very spacious. Lots of room in the trunk. You can flip the back seats over and transport your bicycle (or two!) without the hassle of removing wheels. Volvos have a reputation for being very safe and robust cars. So is this V70! Everything runs great and it's good for many more miles!

I'm asking $3800 and that's a good deal! (Kelley Blue Book suggested prices for this model are Excellent $4487, Very Good (my car!) $4187, Good $4037, Fair $3512.) Naturally, the car has a clean title and registration is valid until October 2014. It easily passed the smog test a couple of months ago.

So, what does the Volvo V70 have to offer?

• 2.4 liter engine with turbo, 5 cylinders, 20 valves, 190 hp
• automatic transmission with Tiptronic and winter low gear ratio
• 30 mpg on freeway, 19 mpg in the city
• 172k miles (I drove only 10k in the almost two years I've owned the car)
• Front and side airbags in the front, side airbags in the back
• air conditioning, CD/tape/radio, moon/sunroof
• power seats/windows/doors/mirrors
• comfortable black leather seats, in the front and the back

I am the third owner and have owned the car since March 2012. I have all the maintenance records from the previous owner and have mine as well. The car was last checked at A-1 Foreign Auto in Mtn View this week and everything is in good shape! Major repairs and improvements I've had done on the Volvo are:

• new radiator (Dec 2013)
• new engine mounts (Feb 2013)
• new front brakes (Feb 2013)
• car software update (Feb 2013)
