2004 BMW 325it WAGON in good shape with 126k miles, excellently serviced.

Bought car in Sacramento (salvaged title - but it was fixed professionally, did a pre-buyers inspection). Over the years we invested some money due to a leaking oil pan and additional services. Have all receipts from PA Bimmer.

Currently, the car is in great shape, but my wife got an early inheritance and decided to buy a new Chevy Volt to be able to use the carpool lane. I'm mostly driving my Ducati to work so this car needs to go.

Full disclosure:

• The car has some dings on the driver side, and on the hood.
• The sunroof is not properly function and was disabled until it is fixed (BMW quoted >800$ so we decided to hold off on it).
• There is a crack in the windshield (passenger side, 600$ BMW replacement, we heard there are 3rd suppliers party as well but we never looked into it)
• Also, the cup-holders on the back seats seems loose.
