Description

Selling my 2010 Toyota Corolla LE Sedan with 150,000 miles. It's a fuel-efficient, practical car that's been my regular commuter for the past three years. I'm only selling because I'm moving to the city and won't need a car anymore. I originally purchased it at 135k miles through SUPOST and have used it to commute to work about three days a week. It's been a great car for getting around, especially for shorter trips.

Important Mechanical Disclosure:

The car has a known head gasket issue that allows exhaust gases into the cooling system. This can cause the engine temperature to rise during longer drives, typically after around 45 minutes of continuous use. Despite this issue, I've continued using the car for my regular 30-minute commute each way, three days a week, for approximately the past year. It's been manageable for my driving needs, but I want to be fully transparent so the next owner knows what to expect.

A permanent repair would likely cost around $2k, which I've factored into the asking price. I've priced accordingly at $4,500 OBO ($2,700 below the $7,200 KBB benchmark). Could be a good fit for someone looking for an inexpensive local-use vehicle or someone comfortable taking on the repair.
