I graduated in 2009 (EE 09 Ph.D.) and came back to spend my sabbatical year in the last summer.
I am supposed to go back to my country in this July.
This car was bought from CARMAX in the last July 2017 (at 21,000 miles) and was normally used for dropping and picking up my kids at school for the last 1 year (the present odometer is ~33,500 miles).
I selected this car in very good condition and it was well managed up to now.
Asking: $18,500 OBO (FYI, I spent about $26,000 including car price + tax and cost for the 4 tires.)
(1) already paid DMV registration fee (~$300) for July 2018 - July 2019
(2) all tires were changed in the last August (less than 1 year) -> ~$900
(3) engine oil was changed at ~32,000
(4) I want to use this car until 16th or 17th in July, so the expected mile is 35,000 at the time of purchase.
