I'm looking to sublet my master suite (with attached bath) in a fantastic 4-bedroom 3.5-bath house on the border of Palo Alto and Mountain View.

DATE AVAILABLE: December 1st (Flexible) - July 15th 2017

LOCATION: The location is convenient for everything you could want. The house is right off of El Camino (but set back enough to not have street noise), a couple blocks north of the San Antonio Shopping Center. It's a 10-15 minute drive or 20-25 bike ride to Stanford, downtown Palo Alto, Sand Hill, downtown Mountain View, Google, etc. It's less than a 20 min walk to the San Antonio Caltrain station, and there's a bus a block away that runs to Palo Alto Caltrain or to San Jose. It's also walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and stores around the San Antonio Shopping Center. There are 6 groceries within a few blocks.

THE HOUSE: It's a three-story townhouse that was built about 3 years ago and is beautiful. We looked at many places before moving in, and this was easily the nicest. There's central A/C throughout the house. There's a huge common space with a great kitchen (all-new appliances, dishwasher granite counters, etc.) and living room (big TV, the comfiest couch you will ever experience). The bottom floor has a room and bathroom and the garage only; the common areas are on the second floor and the other three bedrooms (including mine, the AMAZING MASTER SUITE) are on the third floor. There's a washer and dryer on the third floor. The master bedroom has a walk in closet, plenty of windows, an incredible bathroom including dual sinks! The living room and kitchen, as well as all kitchen items like cookware, are shared. There's a balcony and a private ground-floor patio, plus a grill area shared by the neighbors. There are 12 townhouses in the complex, mostly families. There's an attached garage (you are allocated a spot in the garage) and ample visitor parking in the complex.

THE ROOM: The master suite is spacious with a walk in closet and has a private bath. The bathroom has dual sinks, a separate tub and shower and a toilet in its own room.

THE ROOMMATES: There are 3 female roommates, ranging from 25 - 30, all young professionals working in the area. All are social but also enjoy being laid back at home, and relaxing watching TV in the common living room. We're all decently neat but don't mind a bit of clutter. A fantastic cleaning team comes every two weeks.

THE RENT: The rent for the master suite is $2,020 a month. There is also an additional ~$150 of utilities a month, which includes all utilities, cable and our amazing professional cleaning team who comes every other week. The security deposit is $2,518. The lease ends July 15th, 2017, however we have renewed the lease every year, so there is the option for the new roommate to also stay on board after July 15th if you love the place.

NOTES:

• The roommates would prefer a female subletter, and someone age 24 or up.
• No pets.
• Skype or in-person interviews/tours work fine. I'm not in a huge rush to find someone; fit is more important!
