We are looking for a roommate (couples are OK) to fill one large bedroom with a private bath in our four bedroom apartment. Some apartment details:

• Apartment was recently renovated
• Washer/dryer in unit, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops
• Great location - two blocks away from University Ave, a 7 minute walk to Palo Alto Caltrain station and Whole Foods, 8 minute bike ride to Stanford's campus
• Apartment common areas are fully furnished (including TV, couch, coffee table, kitchenware, dining table)
• Current lessee of bedroom is willing to sell large dresser (price is negotiable)
• Bedroom has a private bath and large balcony
• About $50-60 a month for utilities and cable

A little bit about the roommates:

• Three Stanford graduate students in their mid-20's
• Work on the weekdays (standard working hours)
• Enjoy going out for dinner and drinks on the weekends, exploring Palo Alto and SF
