1. take over lease for just 1 bedroom. This is the master bed with HUGE closet, washer-dryer, and very nice private bath. We will seek a roommate for the other bedroom.

2. take over lease for the entire 2bed/2bath apartment and find your own roommie. The whole place is perfect for 2 friends, a couple or a small family. Rent is $2100 for lease starting April 1st - June 30th, option to renew after that.

Furniture take-over for an additional $1000 includes reclining couch, dining room set, microwave, washer-dryer, and 1 bedroom furnished with full-sized bed and desk.

Also, you can't beat the location! It's in downtown Menlo Park close to restaurants, groceries, farmer's market, and Caltrain and free shuttle to Stanford. Stanford is only 2 miles away (10 minute bike ride). Parking included in the unit, and there is also a laundry room. Absolutely no drugs, smoking, or pets.
