It is available starting June-1. The house is located a few minutes walk from downtown redwood city.

Rent is $2600 per month for the room, excluding utilities, which typically run under $50 a month. The house includes washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

About us, your potential roommates: We are friendly, relaxed people, one male and one female in our late 20's / early 30's both professionals working at Stanford on approximately a 9am-5pm M-F work schedule.
