The apartment is also cat-friendly; the pet rent is $25 per cat. Hot/cold water, sewer, refuse and gas are paid by the landlord; you just need to pay electricity which for us is ~$30 per month. Their maintenance team is by far the best and most hard-working we have ever seen, since they come within 20 min after you file a request. The office staff are also very friendly and professional. state-of-art fitness center, pool, barbecue area (free wifi)
year-round heated spa
social room for private parties
a children's play yard
10 min bike to mountain view/ sunnyvale caltrain station
