We're moving to the city (due to job) and need to leave our beautiful Mountain View apartment in one of the nicest complexes in MV. The apartment is a huge corner 1 bedroom/1bath. Close to the laundry room, stairs, and elevator, and there's unlimited parking for you and guests (about 1/2 covered, 1/2 not). Bathroom has a large vanity, kitchen is open with a bar counter so the space feels even bigger, and there's a balcony. There are 2 large closets in the bedroom and a full pantry in the kitchen (along with plenty of kitchen storage). We currently have a red accent wall in the den and a blue accent wall in the bedroom that you can choose to keep or we can paint over.
The apartment complex has a hot tub that fits 40+ people (it's easily mistaken for the pool), a heated pool, basketball court, and several tennis courts. It's great for entertaining and the complex also has at least 8 BBQ grills, as well as a gym with a sauna (and free zumba classes). It's a very pet friendly complex if you have pets. There's also a game room with pool table and ping pong table, and large clubhouse and various rooms that you can reserve for holidays and other functions (we used it yearly for 20+ person thanksgivings). We're a 10 min walk from the MV caltrain and downtown castro (we've been commuting into SF and it's really easy -- bullet stop), and a 2min drive from 101.

Plus we have A LOT of random crap so you'll be amazed how we were actually able to fit it all! We've already given our notice to the building so you'd be renting directly from them, not us. Based on availability in the complex, the price fluctuates a little bit daily. Looking for someone to move in August 10th, but very flexible- a little earlier or later is doable as well.
