My roommate got a great promotion and is leaving the Bay Area. Great for him, good for you! Me? Well I need a new roommate. If you're reading this then you're halfway there.

We're in the Cuesta Park neighborhood of Mountain View. It's a peaceful, pet-free, smoke-free home with plenty of privacy and indoor/outdoor storage. Hardwood floors throughout, tons of natural light, and the recently renovated bathroom! If you own a car you'll love the awesomely convenient, free parking; FWIW the commute to Stanford campus is 20 minutes via Foothill Expressway.

The room is 12'x14' with a 7' closet. It can be furnished with a bed and dresser. Rent includes all utilities- internet, PGE, water. You will have full access to the common areas of the home- living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, storage, and front patio areas. Like to cook? Great! (with the exception of seafood products which might kill me but we can get into that later). You should be able to commit to at least three months at minimum. The landlord will request a credit check as a matter of course. You will have one male, drama-free roommate who occasionally talks back to the TV and poorly executed code.

Did I mention in-unit washer & dryer? Did I mention tons of indoor/outdoor storage? Did I mention FREE PARKING?!

You'll be sharing a space with a Stanford employee of 8+ years; Super down to earth IT guy (surprise!). During my downtime I like to catch up on world events, motorsports, tech news, or pick up the guitar now and then.
