I have a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apt, quiet near to Stanford campus, Walk 5 mins to EI Comino,but not noisy. The apt is 900 sq feet. Two bedroom is the same size. Amazing neighborhood. I work for Stanford and live with my mother and kid in one room. During the daytime, we are all out of home. Although home is just a place to sleep, we keep this place very warm, clean and tidy. We are looking for a nice roommate, female preferred. We don't like sensitive person, who will give us pressure to get along with. The room will be available around the early March. We will split the bills of renting and utilities. If 6 months lease, the rent will be about $1400. If month to month, it will be $1500.
