Bella Haven, Menlo Park
If you're going to be working @ Facebook (biggest employer nearby), it's
~0.9mi/1.4km/15min walk/3min bike to MPK20 - that's the shortest commute you'll get!

If you live in campus, it's 5 miles/16min rive/27 min bike to Stanford.

Also very easy access to highway 101: 2min straight on Newbridge St, and right turn (you don't even need a green light!).

== Your space ==

The space is a big private suite (bedroom + private bathroom (w/ bathtub)) in a duplex-type spacious 2BR/2BA
apartment.

Just the suite itself is ~250sqft/23m² total (without counting common areas).

Very bright room (cf. photo), huge (like, really) walk-in closet in room + built-in shared closets throughout the apartment.

It has mosquito screens, central heating, and plenty of power outlets.

It has no common walls with the other bedroom, which makes it more sound-proof than in standard apartment sharing. We pretty much never hear each other (unless we decide to talk!). The kitchen and living room are shared (and downstairs).

Note that there are only two bedrooms (each is a suite) in total in the apartment, the other room is used as gym room/den room. meaning you will not be sharing a kitchen or a bathroom with 5-7 other people (like it's common in the neighborhood): it'll be just your space, and sharing the kitchen at times with me. You'll pretty much be very independent. I tell people the feel is pretty much 2 apartments that would share a kitchen (and I mean it).

Internet: 55Mbps, has been very reliable for the 3 years we've used it.

You also get a parking spot for one car in the driveway.

== Your commute ==

Around ~3min away from the 101, with only right turns if you're going South, and one right one left if going North. This is about as close as you can get to a 101 entrance/exit without being disturbed by noise (we don't hear the 101 traffic).

If you're going to work in the neighborhood, streets are very safe for biking/walking (we've forgotten our bikes unlocked outside in the past without them being stolen).

The desired tenant: I am primarily looking for 1 person to take this room, although we're open to discussion for couples. LGBT friendly. The perfect flatmate would be someone quiet and clean (like me!). No pets sorry :( (if your animal is a service animal, please let me know!). Also no smoking.

2b2b中的超大独立卫浴卧室出租。两间主卧不共享墙壁，主卧含小阳台和超大浴室，大卧室23平米，也可以出租另外一间19平米带独立卫浴大客卧。另外一间小房间用作储物间。卧室在二楼，厨房一楼，一共俩人分享整个房子，互不影响。提供一个停车位。

【室友期望 】最好一人。希望信用良好，不抽烟，无宠物。厨房随意使用及时清理。
