Looking for a roommate to take 1 bedroom in a 2-story apt unit!

We are very clean and are looking for someone who is also considerate, neat, and preferably a young professional like ourselves. We are at work throughout the week and like to maintain a fairly quiet, clean space (ie. takes out the trash regularly, doesn't leave the dishes out, does their part to clean common areas/bathrooms). We have a large living room space so we love having guests over occasionally on the weekends if we're not out and about exploring the city.

We are UC Berkeley/MIT grads working in SF and we're looking for a roommate to replace one of us who is leaving. If you think this might be a fit for you, please message me! (:

• 10-month lease
