2BD/1BA 2.9 miles from campus. Looking for roommate

I found a nice, furnished 2BD/1BA only 2.9 miles from campus at $4800. It is available from August 15th but flexible to September 1st. I want to sign the lease when I find a roommate to split with.

I am 26F, Master’s Student in SDSS. I am mostly indoors or in the lab. I keep shared spaces clean (currently living in EVGR 2BD2BA and never had any issues with my roommate). I am a non-smoker and don’t have any pets.
