The room is UNFURNISHED, 10 ft x 13 ft, has a walk in closet, and has a built in makeup vanity. The apartment is on the second floor and has a large patio with outdoor chairs/table. Laundry is downstairs (brand new machines) and is FREE to use. The apartment is in within walking distance to Draeger's, Trader Joe's,cMenlo Park Caltrain Station and Safeway, BOH bus line to Stanford campus. I am looking for someone who can sign a 1 year/6 months lease. $1,600 negotiable. Utilities cost $50-75/person each month (more during the winter when we use the heater). Available now.

The current roommate is a Research Scientist who works at Stanford in the Physics Department (builds telescopes for Tibet). She is Italian, makes amazing pasta, plays table-tennis, writes poetries in three languages and is very clean/respectful. No pets, no drugs, no smoke, no live-in partners please.
