Looking for a roommate to move in September 1st, 2020 and share a 2 bedroom, 1 bath in downtown Menlo Park. The room is unfurnished, 10 ft x 13 ft, has a walk in closet, and has a built in makeup vanity. The apartment is on the second floor and has a large patio with outdoor chairs/table. Laundry is downstairs (brand new machines) and is FREE to use. The apartment is located 2 blocks from Draeger's, Trader Joe's, and CVS. It is a 10 minute walk to the Menlo Park Caltrain Station and Safeway; 7min walk to BOH bus line to Stanford campus. I am looking for someone who can sign a 1 year lease. Utilities cost $50-75/person each month (more during the winter when we use the heater). A move in earlier than Sept 1 2020 is possible.

The current roommate is a Research Scientist who works at Stanford in the Physics Department (builds telescopes for Tibet). She is Italian, makes amazing pasta, plays table-tennis, writes poetries in three languages and is very clean/respectful. No pets, no drugs, no smoke, no live-in partners please.
