We are looking for someone to take over our lease for our Mountain View apartment, available now (flexible date), 5 month lease with opportunity for renewal of 6 months-1 year, $3195 monthly (refundable security deposit is $700 total). The property will accommodate 1-5 people in the unit, so we are happy to welcome anyone from a single person who wants lots of space to several friends bunking together to save.

The unit is 1300sf, 2br, 2ba on the top floor of a two story walk up in a gated community, close to the CalTrain station and downtown, and walking distance to several grocery stores/restaurants (Target, Walmart, Trader Joe's, Sprouts @ San Antonio Plaza). Amenities include assigned parking, dishwasher, large balcony, new flooring, on-premise laundry, property pool and barbecues.

The large master bedroom has a private ensuite full bathroom, 2 full length closets, and large windows. The other bedroom has one full length closet, a large window, and a large full bathroom adjacent to the room. The apartment comes with two assigned parking spots.

The location is awesome and we love the apartment! We're only moving because one of the roommates is moving in with their significant other, and the other roommate is moving to SF
