We have a few rooms still available in the house (2430 Ross Road, Palo Alto, CA) during July that we are renting – one for $1600/month (single, larger, shared bath), one for $1500/month (single, smaller, shared bath), and a master bedroom for $2200/month (likely couple, own bathroom with shower and tub, own sitting area walk-in-closet, balcony).

Free parking. Large backyard. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in house. 3 bedrooms have direct entrances from the outside. Living room furniture is different than what is seen in the pictures, but the bedroom furniture is accurate.

Stanford graduate students occupy this house, and 2 will be living there throughout the summer.

All rooms available from July 1st until September 20th (dates flexible)
