3 Rooms are becoming available from July 1 in a beautiful modern home in downtown Palo Alto. The house has a huge kitchen, living room, and large backyard with hot tub. Ample parking. The rooms are fully furnished and the house is fully furnished as well.

Non smoking. No pets.

Roommates: We are Stanford graduate students and recent grads working in the area on startups etc.

Move-in July 1.
