PEOPLE
Combination of young professionals/students from mid-twenties and older
2 Males, 1 Female
L works as an engineer and likes to go rock climbing, especially outdoors and belly dances.
P is a PhD Physics student at Stanford, bikes a lot, and cooks great Greek food.
M is also an engineer and likes to stay active.
Everyone is pretty laid back but respectful and communicates well, looking for someone similar.

4 bedroom 2 bathroom
Room is 9' X 11' and has a closet; there are linen closets outside the room for extra storage.
Large kitchen, dining area, living room and breakfast nook
Gas stove, Lots of kitchen appliances, and two refrigerators
Gets great light
Large backyard with vegetable garden
Garage for storage
Washer and dryer
Maids clean common areas every other week

Midtown Palo Alto
Walking distance to Philz coffee, Safeway, Banks, CVS, good Mexican and Thai food
Biking distance to Bayland trails, Stanford, Downtown Palo Alto or Castro St.

PRICING
Rent is $825 per month - asking for $565 from now until June 9th
You will be responsible for utilities while you live in the house (usually about $100 a month, including maids, internet, gas, water, electricity)
Landlord is very responsive and friendly
No pets allowed.
