We are selling our 36" TV, old-fashioned CRT kind, but with a digital converter and antenna, we get all the basic channels for FREE and haven't ever paid for cable.

Kind of a pain to move, but for $250 OBO, you'll have TV for as long as you want without any monthly costs.
