I own a 2 bedroom house in College Terrace and I am hoping to identify a ahouse mate who would be interested in
sharing my house at a reduced rent inexchange for 3.5 hour/week of household help.

About me:

I am a retired Stanford professor in the School of Medicine. I broke my hip in a bike accident 2.5 years ago and
unfortunately I still require a little help such as removing the trash, light house keeping, wateringthe garden and getting to doctors appointments. These activities have averaged 3.5 hours/week.

About the house

The house is a 2-bedroom cottage pm a quiet street with friendly neighbors the house hashardwood floor and is furnished with a TV, Internet, and grand piano. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer dryer. The second bedroom is 9x12 and enters onto a deck and garden. It has a private back entrance

The cost of utilities and internet are shared

A valid drivers license is essential.
