3b2b in villas at Bair island apartment rent a another bed room

I am a new postdocotor from stanford and another friend of mine from Yale university, now we are recruiting another person to live with us. The house we are renting a three floor town house at villas at Bair island apartment. The first floor is garage and laundry, second floor is master bedroom plus own bath (friend from yale will take it) charge 1950 per month, there is living room, dinner and kitchen in second floor. The third floor has two bedroom with shared bath (large second bedroom will charge 1505 (I am going to take it), small third bedroom will charge 1450. It is 14-month lease and move in date is Oct 1st.
