We are two lovely female roommates seeking a temporary third person to make our home complete! We are located about 1 mile from Fruitvale and Lake Merritt Bart, access to bus lines and in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood. We are both young working professionals /students who occasionally have company, respecter of privacy and space and enjoy having a glass of wine after a long day. If you do a little drugs and drink occasionally then this may be the spot for you…this IS NOT the space for you if you do a lot of drugs and a lot of drinking.

Recently Renovated Shared bathroom with potential roommate
Access to own private entry
Large Full Kitchen … and more!
Utilities include PGE and Cable/Internet and will be no more than an additional $100 (give or take depending on use of heater)

Our current roommate is away in South Africa so we want someone who can commit from now until June 30 ideally (time negotiable). We are looking to fill the place as soon as possible so send us an email telling us a little about yourself and we can plan a time for you to check out our home.
