I've been sharing a master bedroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bath Mountain View apartment with another woman.I am moving out on February 1st, and I am looking for someone to replace myself. You anwould be splitting the master bedroom, which comes with it's own bath. The apartment is less than a mile from San Antonio Shopping Center and San Antonio Cal Train Station, so the commute is easy.

There is a pool, fitness room, hot tub, rec room and sauna all available for your use. A little bit about your roommate:

27 year old female who does not drink/smoke (at all). She prefers a roommate who neither drinks nor smokes, although if you drink she would prefer that it be outside of the apartment. In terms of partners/ significant others staying over, she is not comfortable with partners spending the night or being in the bedroom, although hanging out at the apartment is no problem. She does not party in the apartment/at all, although she is often busy and out of the apartment on weekends. She is not a neat freak but cleanliness is important. I am only interested in female applicants.

Utilities are typically an extra 50/month (including electricity and internet) since this is a two bedroom apartment split between my roommate and myself, another couple in the second bedroom and another student who sleeps in the living room.
