The Rooms:
Two private rooms ($1700 - bigger and $950 - smaller) and one shared bathroom in the second floor of the house. The house consist of all females (after I move out of course).

The Neighbourhood:
It's in East Palo Alto, 30 minutes of cycling to Stanford and 15 minutes to either Palo Alto or Menlo Park Caltrain.
The neighbourhood is safe, and it's a walking distance to two convenience stores and a small market.

The Rent:
The rent is $1700/month excluding the power, gas and electricity. Available for 6 months lease & up.

The Rules:
No couples
No pets
No smoking weed/cigarettes
No partying
No drugs
No heavy drinking
No loud noises
