1. 3-minute walk to Stanford school bus stop, 10-minute biking to the center
   of campus.
2. 1 block from El Camino, where you can find all the bus stops if you need
   public transportation. 10-minute walk from Caltrain station, California
   Avenue stop.
3. 2 blocks away from grocery shop, 1 block from gas station.
4. Laundry room downstairs in the yard. Street parking. Share the kitchen.
5. All utilities are included in the rent.
6. This is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Most of the other three
   residents are Stanford graduate students. They are quiet and nice. You share
   bathroom with one of them.
7. Wireless Internet.
8. No pet. No smoking.
9. Sep 8 to Sep 26 for $500, or $200/week.
10. Female ONLY.

Ideal tenant would be: a mature, responsible individual who appreciates a
lovely home, and can afford the monthly rent. Clean, tidy, quiet,
