We're looking for three or four more roommates for an awesome ski lease near Tahoe City.
Our house has great amenities:
Squaw, Alpine, Homewood, and Northstar are all close by and it should be easy to hitchhike and/or share rides.
About the group so far: we're all in our mid-twenties and work in or near San Francisco. Three of us work in tech, two are lawyers, another is a furniture designer. Currently the group has 8 people. Most of us are beginner to intermediate skiers, and the house for us is a weekend getaway as much as it is an excuse to get on the slopes.
For the most part, we'll only be using the house on the weekends, and you're welcome to bring friends (of course) though we haven't worked out an exact policy yet on how that could work so as not to overcrowd the place.
We're all pretty laid-back, but are looking for respectful, clean, and responsible people who will do their part to keep the apartment from getting to messy or cluttered and ensure that the security deposit is returned at the end of the season. :-)
Total cost is $1750 ($584/mo) for the season from January 5 to May 5. This cost includes all utilities and snow removal.
The house is near the corner of N Lake Blvd and Lake Forest Road.
