The apartment is located only 5min walking distance from Stanford (you can look up the location:1592 Mariposa Ave. Palo Alto, CA. Right next to Palo Alto High School. 5 Minute walking distance to Stanford and 5 min walking distance to Townsend, and 10 min walking distance to University Ave.), so if you are commuting to Stanford University campus, this is the best location that you can find from any off-campus housing.

The apartment and the room is very clean as it is recently renovated. It is ALL furnished as well, and you are welcome to use them as long as you use them with care. There are parking spaces as well. The condition of the apartment is very nice.

The rent/month of sublet is $1350 + utilities/wifi (around $60 per month per person).
