I am subleasing my apartment room (1 Bed, 1 Bath) from December 15th to January 15th. The apartment and the room is very clean as it is recently renovated. It is ALL furnished as well, and you are welcome to use them as long as you use them with care. There are parking spaces as well.

The rent for that 1 month of sublet is $1300.
