6/19 - 8/31 Blackwelder Room Sublet

Subletting my room in Blackwelder Highrise (Escondido Village graduate housing) for the summer 6/19 - 8/31. Flexibility with the dates is available upon request.

Currently looking to do an official sublet through Stanford housing. Requirements for this are as follows:

• Sublicensee must be a male
• Stanford affiliated during the dates of the sublet (classes, work, research, etc.)
• Undergraduates may not be the sublicensee because this is a graduate residence

Rent is 1165/month. This includes utilities and internet.

I am subletting one room in a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and shared bathroom. Basic furnishings (bed frame, desk, drawers, chairs) will be available in the apartment. Laundry is free and available in the building.

Availability can be extended until 9/18 for enrolled Stanford graduate students.
