I'm moving to the city to work for the summer and am subletting my furnished room to a clean, quiet, responsible person.

Dates: 6/27-8/28
Location: Middlefield Rd at Homer St. (between Homer and Forest)

You will share this 2BR/1BA with a female in her mid-20s (also Stanford affiliate). She's super chill, nice and respectful. Room, kitchen and living room are pretty spacious.
$1,600/mo incl. internet and utilities.

$4,200 due at time of agreement, includes:
$3,200 rent, utilities for the two months
$1,000 deposit that I will give back to you at the end

Sublease agreement must be signed.
