I'm looking for (male) to take over a lease in SF. The lease lasts 6-7 months until Feb, and then terminate (My roommate would likely move out after).

Location comes with a gym, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, bbq pits, tennis courts. It's right across the street to the Embarcadero / waterfront and Oracle Park / Baseball Stadium, and pretty close (<10 min walk) to Caltrain, the Ferry Building.
You would have a great Singaporean roommate (Stanford c/o 2018). We have a lot of books about science, art, and asian history. I took up a job in the South Bay so unfortunately have to move out.

2500 / month
350 parking (optional, but recommended, a lot of parking nearby tho)
