You'll have the whole separate garage to yourself and you're free to do whatever you want with the space. The kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces are also all available to you too. There's electricity in there. Wifi should reach, but we'll talk about upgrading if you move in. We're a fun house and right next to Stanford.
