Room available June 1st. The Court House is sad to announce the tragic loss of one of our favorite housemates, and is seeking a suitable replacement for our fun and laid-back household. We are two guys and a girl in our early-to-late 20s and a nice kitty in her cat-twenties.

The situation: ideally a medium-to-long-term lease, but we??????re flexible. The room available is 9?????? x 12??????, with a shared bathroom. The common areas of the house are shared, with washer and dryer in the kitchen area (dishwasher too). Cable TV, and wired and Wi-Fi networks are all set up. Utilities, cable, telephone, and internet are additional, approx. $100/month per person. The bright, airy house is located in a classic Palo Alto neighborhood, and we have an awesome backyard with a pool and a hot tub and a grill. Easy access to 101, within walking distance of El Camino, and close to lots of places to eat and get what you need. We're a clean, easy-going, fun group and if you think you'd make a good addition, call Hattie at 530-209-4560, and we'll work out a time for you to see the place (after 6 pm weekdays, weekend works too).
