The owners are Stanford alumni and like to share two guest rooms in their house with Stanford friends.

Rent is very negotiable and tenants will share utilities. Shared utilities is usually USD50 per month or less.

The rooms are ideal for students or recent graduates.

The rooms are furnished and laundry facilities are available. Simple cooking is okay.
