I am looking for a replacement occupant to take over my lease in a Mountain View house beginning in mid-October 2015 with potential for renewal in June 2016.

Rent is $660 per month (not including utilities). The house is occupied by 4 other Stanford students/alums.

The bedroom is quite large, receives ample sunlight, and has a private half bathroom with a sink+toilet. There are two full bathrooms in the household. The house also has a dishwasher and washer+dryer.

The house is within walking distance to Castro St. and the Caltrain station, a 20 min drive to campus. Street parking is readily available without any restrictions for street cleaning.
