Full privileges of living room, kitchen, laundry, yards, and parking space (inside gate)
You may carpool with a Stanford Scholar to campus daily or use the house bike (gratis) or take bus to Stanford
No smoking and no pets (sorry)
Room is available now, yearly lease preferred, shorter term considered
