I have a large 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house 11 miles from Stanford Campus. Looking for a new tenant to occupy the furnished 4th bedroom. There is a bathroom that is shared with my 16 year old son, who lives with me part time. I am a single mother and I also have two friendly dogs.

The rent is $685/month, which includes utilities, internet, full privileges of washer/dryer, kitchen and backyard pool. I would prefer a quiet female and would enjoy somebody international. Stanford postdocs or grad students are welcome! Would like somebody long term with at least a 3 month commitment. The room will be available mid August, 2014.

My home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood adjacent to Don Edward walking trails near the East side of the Dumbarton Bridge. There is public transportation to Stanford but it is preferable that you have a car. There is room in the driveway for parking and extra space in garage for bike storage.
